Huntingdon Valley PA, May 20, 2009 - AlphaLit, a division of Alpha Systems, and a
leader in Electronic Discovery Services, today announced the addition of Charles Otto
and Jacqueline Tannenbaum to their staff as Directors of Litigation Support Sales.
Based in New York City, Charley and Jacquie will increase Alpha's presence and
market activities in the Northeast, with particular emphasis on New England and the
greater New York metropolitan area.
Recognized by the Socha-Gelbmann Survey as a leading provider of Electronic
Discovery Services for America's largest corporations and law firms, Alpha's goal is to
devote more attention to the metropolitan areas up and down the east coast. Dale

Charley is a customer relationship manager with a wide range of experience in meeting
the needs of legal professionals. His experience includes over 20 years as a consultant
to law firms and law departments, with an emphasis on electronic discovery for the past
10 years. Charley graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard University
Graduate School of Education, and the University of Notre Dame Law School. He
worked at Oppenheimer, Wolff, Foster, Shepard & Donnelly (Minneapolis/St. Paul), and
subsequently in the Business Affairs Division of NBC (National Broadcasting Company).
Jacquie has sold technology services to the legal industry for over 20 years. Most
recently, she and Charley worked collaboratively over a 5-year period to build and
maintain a strong client base for a national e-discovery company. Before joining Alpha,
she worked in the capacity of Regional Sales Manager for local and national litigation
support companies. Jacquie transitioned into sales after a successful career in
education. She holds a BA in Education from Antioch College, an MS in Educational
Supervision and Administration from Bank Street College of Education, and studied
Organizational Psychology at Columbia University.
