The survey was conducted by Workplace Dynamics of Exton, PA. A total of 1,505 companies participated in the program with less than 7% being recognized with this prestigious
award. Companies were grouped in small, midsize and large categories, and winners were based on employee survey results, Alpha was selected as one of the top midsize
companies in the Greater Philadelphia region.
