"PrivLog Builder™". The PrivLog Builder™ eliminates many of the difficulties associated with building a Privilege Log (PrivLog) including managing the review form, standardizing names and generating the final report.
We have added the ability to create a separate review form for your privilege review. The Privilege Review form allows for building of complex privilege statements. It also provides the ability to add Attorney names and other important information that can be used seamlessly in the corresponding Privilege Report function.
Simply create your report template and use it to consistently generate reports throughout your privilege review. You can easily create multiple templates to accommodate internal and external PrivLogs.
With a few simple clicks, you can import a list of all unique names from the project metadata, as well as from your own list. Then, using our intuitive interface, you can standardize the names in your preferred format. Save countless hours in performing global find & replace tasks as well as dramatically increase accuracy.
Create user defined reports based on any folder in your E-Direct project. The report automatically numbers the records, concatenates the phrases from the review form, displays all standard names, and exports to delimited text file, which is easily imported to Excel, Access, Word or other litigation support programs.
