Once
the legal review is complete, AlphaLit can process
your reviewed electronic and paper information, and
output the data chosen to be produced in any format
required for production. During the production phase,
we support a number of custom processes that may be
required, including:
All documents that were suppressed for the review are
re-inserted at the appropriate places in the production.
Many times foreign language documents require translation.
Upon request, AlphaLit workflows allow for the insertion
of the translated documents into the collection. The
translated documents would be in their proper place
and appropriately numbered.
During production, bates numbers can be set from the
original document or generated consecutively.
Redactions that were applied during the review process
are permanently burned into the image, ensuring the
text under the redaction remains omitted.
The images to be produced may be endorsed or watermarked
with text within its margins using the following methods:
- Conditional - Text is imprinted on the image
in the space selected using conditional logic determined
by the client.
- Global - Text is imprinted on the image in the
space selected for all images.
- Bates Stamping - The bates number is imprinted
on all images in the space selected.
Using AlphaLit proprietary production software, we
are able to ensure that the endorsements will never
overwrite any portion of the image itself.
